Forever coming back to this now as my happy place. Meditating back at home isn't as easy and tranquil, but mentally I travel of our little jungle oasis, with water running and birds singing and incense burning. It's here that I connect with my wise mind and inner knowing. Sharpening my intuition and strengthening my connection to the universe and shared consciousness. Decided to do something a little different for my birthday this year ✨💖 . instead of the usual crazy party, where we stay up all night and do things that are ultimately harmful to my body and psyche, I truly celebrated myself and lived up to my middle name - I treated myself like the Temple I am, and came home to my true self. Instead of alcohol, we had health tonics and vegan meals, instead of staying up all night we went to sleep early and rose with the sun, starting each morning with yoga and meditation. Instead of working hard, I allowed myself to truly rest and revive, taking the time to enjoy the sun, read some books, and connect with nature. Bali was the spiritual, mental and physical gift that I deserved and the perfect way to kick off this new decade! . Wowza I finally got around to finishing this long a** recap of 2025!! I did more than I realized this year 😅 and had way too many good times to narrow it down. It took some time, but here we are. From being a part of a DDD merch shoot 😍 to stacked nights at my home base @redroomvancity to my very first @deeprootsmusicfestival -- what an absolute pleasure in such a beautiful place with the best music, art and people 🫠 my first DNB set in several years 😳 with @kumovancouver on my birthday weekend!! To starting and ending with Vancouver's favorite indoor beach party, Bikinis and Board Shorts by @freezietim . And we can't forget the homie @canzinomusic 's annual birthday bash #spacetoast with @sonicfunktion and the daytime bashes at @stormbrewing !!
