Honor and respect to the men, women, and K9 partners who keep us safe.
Sergeant Paul Greer is a 14-year veteran of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. His K9 partner, Bruno, served 8 of those years beside him.
When a joint condition ended Bruno’s career two years ago, Paul took him home. Last month, Paul carried Bruno into the vet for the last time. He sat on the exam table with Bruno across his lap, bowed his head into Bruno’s fur, and said goodbye.
Bruno hadn’t been able to lift his head that morning, but he slowly raised both front paws and wrapped them around Paul’s shoulders.
Grateful for heroes like these.

More than 24,000 names are etched into the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.
Behind every one is a family, partner, or teammate still carrying that loss. Hero’s Pride offers our gratitude and respect.
This is what protecting and serving looks like.
Clearing leaves nearly turned into a 30-foot drop for an 86-year-old man who was left dangling from a roof. Officers Jason Sikoski and Kaleb Girard at @tampapd Tampa made swift moves.
Shout out to these heroes!

Sometimes the job is enforcement, sometimes it’s helping someone pull it together.
After stopping a student rushing to a presentation, Officer Martin Folczyk helped him with his tie and sent him on his way with a warning instead of a ticket.
Final call to share this kind of energy with your community and be a part of the solution!

Shout out to @houstonpolice for taking down this 200+ pound shipment that could’ve easily ended up in communities across the country.
What’s the craziest hiding spot you’ve ever seen on the job?
The standard is expanding.
We’ve spent years building patches and insignia that represent identity and professionalism.
Now we’re taking that same approach into new environments.
More soon.
20 pounds of added weight combined with outdated gear = poor load distribution, reduced mobility and movement efficiency.
Those tradeoffs matter, with physical consequences compounding over the years.
Hero’s Pride gear is built to mitigate load-carriage stress, and do it repeatedly.
