Incredible first day in Johannesburg: concert with Univ of Joburg choir and visits to the Mandela House and Apartheid Museum. We are off to a great start!
The @ujchoir arrived to meet the Hendricks Chapel choir for the first time this evening! After visiting for a few minutes, the choir got organized and started singing! The rehearsal went so well that they got free time to visit and have dinner. The song they are singing is “Tshotsholoza,” an old miners’ song that miners sung on their train to the mountains. 🇿🇦🧡
A spontaneous yoga class broke out with the members of the Hendricks Chapel Choir! Stretching is a must before this 17 hour flight! @syracusechoirs@setnor_su
