We’re an independent restaurant. No big group, no backing, just a small team, a lot of hard work, and a real belief in what we do. Awards like this matter, but what matters more is people continuing to choose local. That’s what keeps restaurants like ours going.

Safe to say we’ve found the BEST sushi in Nottingham (Wessy B) and honestly… are we surprised when it’s from the creators of @uramakisushiuk ? Absolutely not.
We headed to Hemisphere last night to try their tapas menu and every single dish HIT. The place was buzzing, the wine was flowing and the food? Unreal.
Stars of the night:
🥩 Picahna steak hot plate
🍗 Chicken katsu rolls
🧊 Sashimi on ice
🫛 Edamame because that glaze was ridiculously moreish
All washed down with a bottle of Sauvignon because… obviously.
And if you needed another reason to go - the Arvo Bites deal is running:
⏰ Tues-Thurs: 12pm–6pm
⏰ Fri-Sat: 12pm–5pm
We can also vouch for their brunch menu but still get to try their roast!

What an amazing weekend! It’s been so lovely to welcome so many walk-ins, thank you to everyone who stopped by. It seems lots of people still think you need to book at Hemisphere, but you don’t just come in or you can book a table of course!
Our new signage and outdoor seating have been a great addition, enjoy our outside seating, just ring for assistance and we’ll take your order, or order via QR. Breakfast was especially busy this morning and we were a little caught out!
Apologies to the table of 12 (and the table of 2) that we couldn’t accommodate we’d love to welcome you next time.
We’re open again tomorrow and can’t wait to see you. Tag your friends and bring them along to Hemisphere, even if it’s just for a drink, we’d love to have you!
