This is the best breakfast sandwich in all of Philly and it’s not even close. As of right now, @helloseconddaughter is only making 25ish on Fridays but when this catches on there will be a line down the hallway & thru the stairway, and you will never be able to get one.

Sometimes I forget how good this cookie is… until I take a bite.
If you haven’t had our Brown Butter Cookie, let me set the scene.
The edges are crispy, almost like the crispy edge of a pancake, so you get that first little crunch. But the center? Soft, delicate, and perfectly chewy.
Dark chocolate is marbled throughout the cookie in ribbons and pockets, with chunks on top that that melt to the touch.
And the brown butter with brown sugar brings this deep caramel, nutty flavor that honestly blows my mind every time.
It’s the kind of cookie people buy six of without thinking twice.
I’m calling it now - tomorrow’s favorite at the market.

Erica from @blushingfields surprised me with fresh eggs on my flower pickup visit. A few blue speckled, brown, and white beauties. It isn’t often we come across eggs like these, so naturally they had to become something special to share with you all.
A year ago I visited her farm and met her chickens, and somewhere in that moment a little hope and dream was planted. Today it came full circle.
