Obsessed with all my @paper_republic journals. I have four currently that all serve different purposes. I can’t recommend these enough. The patina of the leather has developed so nicely over the years and their L’Atelier studio is full of talented artists who will make your dream journal come true. I am #NotSponsored!
My black A5 (my very first PR 3 yrs ago when I walked into their old store) has (an almost full) travelogue full of boarding passes, museum tickets, room keys, notes, etc. The chestnut A6 holds two @uglybooksofficial full of photoshoot notes, shot lists, and random work-related ideas. The polka dot B6 holds my daily journal. And finally, my new A5 patchwork journal (so beautifully handmade by Steffi at PR!) holds my monthly planner and my new daily journal once the B6 size runs out.
I remember reading Craig Thompson's "Carnet de Voyage" in college and feeling so inspired. My dream then was to live a life worth documenting for myself (and maybe for my child to read one day). Now I'm in my late 30's looking at all my finished notebooks that I’ll one day pass on.
