It was definitely a NYCE VIBE 😉 We were so intentional in activating Kentuckians and those who traveled near and far to support SisterSong’s Trust Black Women campaign. We don’t just party, we do it with purpose. Sistersong was crowned as the inaugural “Derby Crown” recognized organization for this event and assisted in creating the Derby Crown hats made by @wealltwisted that amplifies TRUST BLACK WOMEN and NYCE VIBES @nycevibes with the roses to honor the derby culture of Kentucky. For every hat sold of this exclusive “derby crown” proceeds go to Sistersong Kentucky to continue programming and movement building for reproductive justice. I know more will come from this collaboration but I cannot thank each and every individual enough who played a pivotal part in this success.
