Reintroducing myself here, as this past year has been filled with exciting new projects that I’m thrilled to share! 🥰👏🏼 Did you know about all of them? Let me know what surprises you!

This video is an act of self love. I wasn’t even going to share it. I created it for myself, for Noah and Adam… But I decided to post it, as an invitation for you to capture more of the things that bring you joy. Because when you do, you will realize the love that surrounds you. And that your life is already good enough. PS: despite of how “perfect” my life may seem on that video, what I didn’t capture was the many tears that were shed, the fear, the uncertainty and the disbelief we experienced and continue to experience with the current geopolitical climate. Still, we did our best to impact the most amount of people, and try to cherish the little moments of joy.

Recently, I was invited to speak at this amazing conference, and @melrobbins was a speaker there too! So, I posted an Instagram Story mentioning Mel, and when she saw it… SHE WROTE BACK! I went from excitement 🤩 to shock 🤯 to horror 😱 “OMG, WHAT am I gonna talk about with Mel Robbins…? this is so awkward…someone make it STOP.” My first impulse was to NOT answer her message, it was to act as if nothing had happened, and then say: “ohhh nooo…, I JUST saw this, tomorrow I have to deliver 3 speeches, I don’t think we’ll be able to meet, I travel in the afternoon. Maybe next time?” But, you know my motto: GROWTH over comfort, so I wrote her a message: “would LOVE to meet!!!” I swear, when I sent it, I was PRAYING she wouldn’t reply 🙏🏼 Thankfully, she replied the next day (hello, PEACE of mind). And she said she’d be at her hotel, working from 9:00 - 5:00, and to come by whenever. I can’t even put into words THE RELIEF I felt… I was delivering presentations from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and then I had to run to the airport 😅😅😅 BUT… when I was done giving my last keynote, at 4:30 pm sharp, Adam convinced me to reach out one more time 🫣: “Hiii I’m done speaking for the day! Heading to the airport. I can stop by to say hello if you’re still there” 😳😳😳 Scared to death, once again. She wrote back: “Great! Come on over! I’m recording a podcast 🎤 about the fear of public speaking. Wanna join?” I was SERIOUSLY… thrilled. Regardless of how uncomfortable it seemed, just knowing the plan made me feel calm, and pumped me right up! Plus, I was going to be featured in the Mel Robbins podcast! 🥹 (which I MANIFESTED) The rest is history. The interview went amazing, and I feel we had good chemistry… actually, I’ll let you be the judge of that because… NOW you can listen to our episode on Spotify!! 🙌🥳🙌 Meeting Mel was NOWHERE near my comfort zone, but you saw how that turned out (ahem…spectacularly well 🤩). 👉Let this experience be another reminder of how IMPORTANT it is for you to keep showing up, regardless of how uncomfortable an opportunity or a situation may seem. The outcome can end up BLOWING. YOUR. MIND! 🤯💛 Unapologetically, Me 💁🏼‍♀️

Everyone loves the on stage moment. The lights. The energy. The applause. The impact. But very few people talk about this part: the hotel room rehearsal. the dancing alone. the script run-throughs. the timing. the pauses. the transitions. the parts you repeat again and again until they feel natural. After hundreds of talks, it would be easy to rely on experience alone. But I still practice. I practice because I care. I practice because I want to honor my audience. I practice because I deeply love what I do, and I want to keep doing it at the highest level. This is the difference between wanting to be a professional speaker… and being willing to do the work that professionalism requires. The stage performance everyone sees is built in the moments no one does. Without this… you can’t have this. The magic is in the preparation.

Standing backstage, moments away from speaking to 4,000 nurses in New Orleans, and I can’t help but feel deeply grateful. This is not just any audience. These are the people who hold hands in life’s hardest moments. The people who stand beside families when everything changes. The people who show up when lives are saved, when fear is at its highest, and when compassion matters most. I’ve personally been in the hands of nurses, and I know firsthand the impact they have in moments we never forget. So being on this stage in front of them is an honor I do not take lightly. I’m about to step on stage hoping to impact their lives, but never as much as they have impacted the lives of so many others. Honored to be here. Grateful beyond words. Ready to make it happen. 💙 @eaglestalent ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼 thank you for supporting me

Motherhood comes with a kind of fear no one prepares you for. The fear that no matter how much you do, it never feels like enough. Enough for your children. Enough for your partner. Enough for your work. Enough for yourself. Somewhere between being a good mom, a present wife, a loving daughter, a committed leader, finding time to exercise, rest, and somehow squeeze in a little “me time,” guilt quietly becomes a constant companion. Guilt when you work. Guilt when you rest. Guilt when you choose one child over the other in a specific moment. Guilt when you take time for yourself. Guilt when you feel exhausted. And sometimes, that guilt steals us away from the present moment. Instead of fully enjoying the beautiful chaos in front of us, we are mentally keeping score of everything else we “should” be doing. If you’re a working mom who constantly feels pulled in every direction, please know you are not alone. Maybe the goal isn’t to do it all perfectly. Maybe the goal is to be fully where you are, and trust that your love is already enough. To every mom carrying invisible guilt while trying to be everything for everyone: I see you. 🤍

This morning, I gave a keynote for Kia… and instead of catching a flight like I usually do, I took a 40-minute Uber. And honestly? That felt just as special. Don’t get me wrong, travel is one of my greatest joys and a big reason why I love what I do. But today reminded me of something equally meaningful: The power of making an impact right at home. This morning I got to get my kids ready to school, then go deliver a high-energy keynote, connect with incredible people in my own city, and be back in time to pick my kids up, continue the afternoon with them, and end the day celebrating Shabbat together at home. No airports. No packing. No time away. Just presence in every role that matters to me. Days like this feel like alignment. Like growth and grounding. Like purpose in every direction. And it reminded me that success doesn’t always have to look like going far… Sometimes, it looks like going deep, right where you are. ✨ — Miami companies… I’m right here. It would be such an honor to bring this energy and message to your teams. You’ve got your Miami speaker nearby—and I’m all in. If you (or someone you know) works at a company based in Miami, feel free to forward them this post. I’d truly love to meet youuuuu 💛
