HELLA COMIX Reading Series is a celebration of indie comics read by the original creators from the East Bay BIPOC Cartoonists. We are a BIPOC collective of like-minded individuals whose mission statement is to:
*Develop a BIPOC indie comics community in the East Bay Area
*Support our members in making their art and developing their livelihood
*Increase access to cartooning and comic arts for our vulnerable and disadvantaged neighbors through our accessible and public HELLA COMIX series.
Supported by the Friends of the Berkeley Public Library.
