What a project this has been. When I got word about the new @heisermanaudio Type-21 I knew I wanted to do something bigger and more through than the standard instrumental track. So I reached out to my good friend @josiahjames about rewriting his song Maps with a full band arrangement and enlisted the help of @benjaacorona to absolutely crush drums. We used the Type-21’s on vocals, acoustics, electrics and drum overheads and MAN. These mics put so much of this on easy mode. In today’s video we run through the specs of the mics and hear the raw sources solo to cover all the uses cases from this song. Links in stories to check it out.
