Hi friends! I’m going to introduce a new face! Meet Bella ✨ I am beyond excited to have her represent Heim at the Thursday markets in Medford! We worked together at a pop up at @sideyardfarm_roguevalley in March and instantly I knew she’s a gem 💎 She’ll take care of you this week and next week you’ll see little ol’ me again before she takes over some more! “Hi, I’m Bella and I’m so happy to be supporting Jenn and Heim by peddling her delicious pastries on Thursdays at the Medford Market! I love being a part of our local food system so when I’m not here I spend my days as the Procurement and Nutrition Coordinator for Rogue Valley Farm to School or at The Sideyard Farm and Kitchen in Phoenix!” P.S. She also teaches Salsa and Bachata at the Annex Dance Studio and is a Birth Doula. How cool is that? 🥰

I’ll be in Phoenix at Stacey’s adorable restaurant from 9am to noon! My Portland farmer friend and chef Stacey and I will be collaborating monthly in her brick&mortar in Phoenix to bring you a weekend Pastry Pop-Up! Woop woop! Her team will be slinging limited pastries from moi and breakfast bevvys at her 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞 at @sideyardfarm_roguevalley on 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟎𝐚𝐦-𝟐𝐩𝐦. There will be fresh baked Blueberry-Lavender Muffins, Savory Scones, Flourless Almond Cake with Blackberry Compote and Sweet&Salty Corn Cookies.
