This is the best way to see this water tower mural!
Thank you @griffithcitycouncil for the drone footage of the recently finished water tower in Griffith, NSW.

Standing in front of the silos for scale. Swipe for some details of the tree which I thoroughly enjoyed painting. Thank you again Gunnedah, and the main man Owen Hasler for organising everything and making it happen! And Stephen Dangerfield (who owns the mills) for all your help and support!

A priority in our formative years was to humanise missing loved ones and to make this cause more digestible to the public.
In 2016, we started pairing families with artists and writers to share their loved one’s essence — their character, their hobbies, the things they’re missed for — not their vital stats or the details of their disappearance.
Benjamin Law and Heesco were just some of the incredible creatives that donated their time and talent to The Unmissables, and the six iterations that followed (including the very popular coffee cups) are testament to the impact this initiative made on the public, the media and most importantly the families.
It was a powerful demonstration of compassion and community spirit, and vitally important for families to see their loved one portrayed in a way that celebrates them, rather than reducing them to their height, DOB and last seen location.
Ten years on, it’s still one of the projects we’re most proud of 💙
Part 2 with @heesco !
He’s been creating murals with us for over 13 years, and it’s always great having him back.
If you’ve visited our new spot at Nomad Tower, take a closer look at the mural… there’s a hidden superhero somewhere 👀
Have you found it yet? 🦸♂️
