Our Bakehouse Oven Fund on Hotplate is live (link in bio)!
Thanks to your incredible support over the last five years, our cottage bakery has officially outgrown our home kitchen. We are thrilled to share that we are building a dedicated bakehouse to increase our production and efficiency, allowing us to bring even more artisan bread and baked goods to our community, pop-up events and neighborhood farmers markets.
The Goal
To make this dream a reality, we need to purchase a professional bread oven. As the heart of our new bakehouse, this essential piece of equipment will allow us to bake with the consistency and volume that our growing community deserves. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to fund the purchase and installation of this oven.

The Bakerâs Circle ($1,000)
Permanent Gold Patron signage in the bakehouse, a Bakehouse T-shirt, a private pizza party for 10, and a monthly loaf of your choice for one year.
You can also make a contribution of ANY size via our Venmo (jwchase).
Every dollar brings us one step closer to firing up the new oven and sharing the simple joy of fresh bread with even more of our neighbors.

Thinking about the weekend menu & making that Asparagus & Shallot Focaccia again. It sold out fast & thought it would be nice for weekend plans. Also? Cake for the win!
