We get so used to being “on”
On alert.
On deadline.
On emails.
On notifications.
On responsibilities.
On autopilot.
On demand
On pushing through.
On for everyone else.
That we forget what “off” even feels like.
When the nervous system stays switched on for too long, it stops recognising stress as stress.
It becomes the new normal.
Tight shoulders feel normal.
Shallow breathing feels normal.
Jaw tension feels normal.
But your body isn’t designed to live in constant survival mode.
It’s designed to cycle.
To activate… and then to rest.
When you finally allow yourself to switch off ,even for an hour ,something beautiful happens.

What to expect from Reflexology?
Reflexology is not about instant transformation ,it’s about creating the conditions for your body to reset, regulate, and restore itself naturally.
After your first session, you may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, clearer, or notice subtle shifts in tension.
Sometimes the effects are quieter at first ,and that’s completely normal.
Much of the work happens beneath the surface, as the nervous system begins to unwind and recalibrate.
