During this run, I was overwhelmed with how many fellow performers—some friends, some strangers—came to support the show & then shared a piece of it back with me. This reel is a Frankeinstein of all that footage.
Small kindnesses, but they meant quite a lot.
Things are fucking rough in the arts right now, & that scarcity mindset creeps into the industry real fast. But I’m pretty sure this is how we keep each other alive: supporting & sharing whatever we can spare— whether that’s footage, spaces, endorsements, knowledge, skills, icecreams, ideas, jokes, time, motivation, or costumes… whatever we’ve got.
Big shout out to all the artists who shared something with me or anyone else this Fringe.
