On parle souvent des grands exploits comme s’ils naissaient sous les projecteurs.
Mais en vrai, ils commencent souvent dans les petits moments que personne ne voit.
Un freestyle. Une impulsion. Un call out. Un échange. Une vibration qu’on garde en soi sans savoir jusqu’où elle va nous mener.

J’ai hâte d’échanger à nouveau, de partager l’énergie, la vision, et tout ce que la danse peut créer quand elle est vécue pour vrai.

My MTL peeps, when put in a judging position during a battle. Stop making people pass or win that are doing diopes,flashy and impressive moves, but are not DANCING ON BEAT over people that are "not as impressive, not as flashy and not as diopes" but that are actually DANCING ON BEAT.
You are leaving a lot confused and a lot are wondering if it is actually okay and better to be "impressive" at the expense of rythm. Let's be clear it is not and will never be.
As a dancer the (Ultimate Artist) we were given the power to elevate music to a new dimension. We make it possible for people watching us to see the music through our bodies, to feel it, and even to evoke a whole range of different emotions. But it all starts with the music; it's step number zero. So, you have to listen to the music to connect with it and then be able to dance to it. Otherwise, why is it there? Let's remember that in a battle environment, there's a DJ who's dedicated to giving us FEU 🔥 tracks so you can give your best on the dance floor. So, out of respect... Respect the DJ by dancing to the song he played, not the one stuck in your head. Also respect people's eyes and ears OH it hurts!
So judges be objective when it comes to rythm and don't be biased because of crowd's hype.
Dancers let's use our gifts and powers wisely because we are incredible.

2026, we are using our voices.
To address anyone who called us "not Hip Hop" and also those who are still calling us "not Hip Hop'. To address anyone who tried to appropriate the flavour but never lived or tried to understand the grind and struggles of our style, our dance, our sound.
Hip Hop is in a new era… so let’s make sure that in 2026 we follow the advance the progress.
Also that we remember who really fought and embodied the Evolution of the culture here.
