If you’re new here, SUNDAZE is a warm, hospitable, community-minded yoga and mindfulness class in the vibrant, family-owned Abloom Salon and Abe Zucca Gallery on historic Grand Ave.
Since 2014, SUNDAZE offers weekly low cost and high value yoga classes with the addition of kids yoga in 2024.
SUNSHINES is an experimental evolution of SUNDAZE- growing and evolving with me as I recenter my priorities and values in life as a new parent. My baby and I will be leading the partner yoga classes together! Bringing our playful and affectionate relationship to the mat to guide our community who holds us so dearly.

NorCal tour Spring 2026 with some of my babes!!! We packed it in that weekend traveling around to Sonoma > Redwoods > Oakland > Mendocino > SF.
If I had to pick faves, dancing in Oakland at @dayslikethis.oakland and frolicking in the Redwoods are the ones!

ASU Art Museum is launching Gallery Activators, a new Spring 2026 youth cohort designed + facilitated by me, to support Black youth in imagining futures in museum leadership and creative work.
Through collaborative sessions rooted in nature, reflection, and experimentation, participants will help design engagement experiences for ASU Art Museum’s upcoming public group exhibition “So Much More Than That…”
