As a Florida runner who’s had squamous cell skin cancer and is actively treating actinic cheilitis, sunscreen is super important to me. A fellow skin cancer survivor running friend introduced me to this brand and it is great!
The sunscreen goes on so smoothly and is easy to carry and reapply during my runs. But, the lip balm is probably my favorite product. It’s spf 30 and feels like it stays put for quite a while.

Another hot, sweaty run. I keep saying I need to switch back to morning runs, but my body just does not want to do it yet. 🤷🏻♀️😂
Got my new @bocogear ambassador visor today so I took it out for its maiden run! Can’t wait to try out the hat tomorrow.
