We are delighted to announce that Hannah Root will join Megan Mulrooney gallery as Senior Director.
Hannah spent a decade at Pace Gallery in New York, where she advanced from Gallery Assistant to Director, before going on to serve as Director of Sales at Charles Moffett Gallery. Over the course of her career, she has collaborated closely with a wide range of artists and estates, helping to realize more than 50 exhibitions and art fair presentations worldwide.
Based in New York, Root is an artist mentor at NYC Crit Club, where she advises participants on professional practices, critical feedback, and navigating the art industry. A lifelong New Yorker, she also supports several nonprofit organizations across the city, including the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP), the New York Public Library, and The Museum of Modern Art.
She brings deep experience organizing exhibitions and art fair presentations globally, and has worked closely with leading artists and estates, including the late Robert Irwin, as well as Lily Stockman and Loie Hollowell.
