Hello there, my name is Thomas. I am a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent artist, stylist, and atmosphere designer living in Berlin since 2016. My hands and imagination have been my primary tools since my earliest days. As soon as my senses aligned with my body, I created and explored the world through the tactile and the visual, finding beauty and meaning in the tangible.
For me, the act of creation is deeply tied to being consciously present. Each working moment is a deliberate, mindful act that contributes to a larger vision of growing a contemporary classic legacy that endures.
After a lifetime of creative pursuits, partnerships, and jobs, I'm using my experience and craft to ignite a dream I've had for a very long time. That dream is Handsome Objects. With the support of a community brimming with love and gentle guidance, I know that true success will always be that I try.

The mesmerizing shape of the #silverplated #nautilusshell spoon warmer is undeniable. With its hinged lid and elegant, clean lines, it’s sure to be a centerpiece of any #tablescape table setting.
In Victorian England, spoon warmers were introduced in the 1860s to prevent food from cooling too quickly. These decorative containers, often filled with hot water, kept serving spoons and sauce ladles warm, especially in drafty grand estate homes. The warmers ensured that dishes, particularly those with rich gravies, remained at an appealing temperature until served.
In the chilly British homes of the time, serving hot food was a sign of social status and a well-run household. Households with servants rushed to serve food quickly on heated plates, and spoon warmers played a crucial role in maintaining warmth.
The best warmers kept the hot water covered, with just a small opening for easy use. These items became a fashionable part of late 19th-century dining room decor.
Spoon warmers were made from a variety of materials, including silver, majolica, bone china, and copper. Designs ranged from elegant pieces to quirky novelties, featuring motifs like seashells, frogs, and hunting horns.
