Today, on World Water Day 2023, we want to shed light on the global water crisis. The situation is dire, with water scarcity looming on every continent. It's estimated that by 2025, half of the world's population will be living in water-stressed areas.
But there's hope. We can solve this crisis by implementing solutions such as rainwater harvesting, water conservation, and investing in water infrastructure.
One organization leading the charge is @wateroam , an amazing NGO working to eradicate water poverty by providing and deploying water filtration systems, especially in communities in need - such as rural and disaster-stricken areas.
