How You Can Help
Early Crew (10 AM – 12 PM): Physical setup, furniture moving, and floor layout.
The Front Line (5:30 PM – 10 PM): Manage the donation table and guest check-ins.
The Hustle (5:30 PM – 10 PM): Run the raffle and Encore merch table.
Late Night Vendor/Load-out Backup: Assist vendors with any final needs or load-out questions starting at 10 PM.
The Closer (10 PM – 11 PM): Final post-show breakdown and venue reset.
