My iconic brother Nick was photographed for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune while he was floating down a flooded street on an inflatable pool toy after Tropical Storm Debby. Every detail makes me laugh - the Salt Life shirt, Bass Pro Shop hat, white crocs, lounging shirtless friend. So much Florida. Man, I love my goofy lil bro. 🤣💛
Obviously, this is a funny moment, but my heart goes out to the people who experienced major flooding.
Can’t believe I started making movies with friends 20 years ago!! Check out that Canon XL1 ❤️📹 Forever grateful to my first influences: OG filmmaking friends Noah, Richard, Bryce, and Marty, my teachers Rebecca Abrahamson (always Ms. King) and Mark Loomis, Sarasota Public Schools for investing in the arts, the Sarasota Film Festival for their youth program, and (inadvertently) to my mother for grounding me so often I had no other form of entertainment besides writing screenplays.
Which would you choose? Moodboards I mocked up to explore looks for a forthcoming project. I called them 80’s Bombshell, Bunnies at the Chateau, and Boogie Nights.
Although I LOVE these, we pivoted to something completely different. Launching in September🤞🖤

So many people incredible brought this project together during the TORNADO that was the Warner-Discovery merger. To say we’re happy this series is coming out is an understatement!!
It started classy — then the humidity and Shania Twain caught up to us.
My uncle @tomcarr2 and (brand new!) aunt @elizmanchester know how to throw a party… but if you know them, you already knew that. #epicweddingweekend ❤️❤️
Last photo is the tiki bar at the Elks club, where I spent Sunday with my nana while she bet on some card games.
