Had an amazing time at SideDoor last night. All the acts were fantastic. Great sound, and engaged audience. Everything a boy with blips and bleeps could want.
Big thanks to everyone who came out and supported the artists on a Tuesday night, and double thanks to @inmemoriamdyt for organizing it all and herding us synthesizer cats and keeping it running smooth.

deep glens is making his first appearance in dayton following a stint opening for autechre last fall. I was fortunate to catch him at one of those shows and his set is not to be missed.
This will be my first dayton appearance in nearly a year, and I’m excited to try out a few new pieces I’ve been working on.

I only got to meet Dawid the one time, at a Skeleton Dust show we shared the bill on, but his set was amazing, and he was super kind and easy to chat with. I’m really sorry to hear of his passing.

I think the hardest part about being a musician is also having to be your own hype man and promoting yourself when you want to just be the introvert who deletes social media and makes music in your basement especially when you have bandcamp Friday fatigue from an overwhelming email box full of bandcamp Friday and don’t want to add chores to anyone’s day.
