Months ago, I reached out to @davidgoddardphotography after a year of turmoil. The twists and turns of 2025 filled any spaces I kept available for doubt in my life and work. I felt completely different, honestly numb, and I thought: this would be a pretty great time to do something I’ve been terrified of. David helped me capture in this photoshoot. This year taught me that when we lose things we thought were guaranteed, theres no energy left to continue to limit yourself where you used to. You can capitalize on loss in (some) ways with major renovations in your life: where am I intentionally under cutting myself, and who am I asking permission from? Fear holds us back, but facing (mine by force, yours I pray by choice🫠) it can be liberating. So Here is my new lens to see myself, my mental and physical renovation, thanks to David and jazz music, as I head into 2026.

A Summer at Bucks. Returned to a life that's unrecognizable! New Hope became my haven when Aaron and I lost our Jersey City home on opening night. It was there that I found support, love and purpose as we rebuilt.
