I lost everything at once.…..
Most of all I thought I lost who I was.
That kind of dark doesn’t just shake you.
It dismantles you piece by piece until you’re sitting in the rubble of a life you don’t recognise anymore.
I’ve been that person. Completely hollowed out. No roadmap. No guarantees.
What got me through wasn’t a strategy. It wasn’t a morning routine or a mindset shift.
It was the decision made over and over again on the hardest days to keep moving toward something I couldn’t even see yet.
That takes a different kind of courage. The quiet kind. The kind nobody claps for.
If you’re in that place right now not knowing who you are on the other side of this I’m not going to tell you it gets easy.
But I will tell you it gets real. And real is worth crawling for.

I felt trapped in my own mind.
And running became my way out.
Not for fitness
but because there was suffering…
and I didn’t know how to meet it.
So I started moving.
Step by step.
Breath by breath.
And somewhere along the way,
it became practice.
The breath as an anchor.
The body as awareness.
Each step… a return.
And what I had been avoiding
the thoughts, the weight
started to reveal itself.
Not something to escape…
but something to understand.
This is where it became therapy.
Meditation in motion.
Learning how to be with it,
without being owned by it.
And in that…
there were moments of freedom.
Not from life…
but within it.

We are all trying to figure it out, in one way or another.
The key is not to force things, there is a natural flow to everything in life, we just have to be patient and kind enough to ourselves and follow the heart/minds instructions.
In these times allow yourself some grace and compassion, whether you feel you deserve it or not….
At the end of the day, you are more than worthy.

There is never any end. There are always new sounds to imagine; new feelings to get at.
And always, there is the need to keep purifying these feelings and sounds so that we can really see what we’ve discovered in its pure state.
So that we can see more and more clearly what we are. In that way, we can give to those who listen the essence, the best of what we are.
But to do that at each stage, we have to keep on cleaning the mirror.
