What an awesome race weekend with @snore_racing in 6100! 8 trucks started and 7 finished. We were able to pull off the win in class and 3rd overall! About 68mph average speed. We started the race with one goal, get a solid finish as it had been years since I drove my truck much at all. @the_dirt_dr_ and I took the green flag with a fresh @moruzzi_race_motors spec ls3 and a pump gas tune from @jameslinmotorsports . This was Donald’s first ever race and he did an amazing job calling notes and helping us get through the dust and maintain speed. Some of you may know how important having a close ratio trans and underdrive have become in 6100, 2 things my truck does not currently have. Donald and I were very pleased with a top speed of 110.9 on Saturday! At mile 93, my brother @ghaddon410 got in and kept me on course for the remainder of the race. Because of the pit, we fell back on time and had to pick up the pace to the finish. We pushed all the way to the line and ended up with the win and a slim margin of 8 seconds! Huge thank you to all of the companies that help us get here. Can’t wait to prep for the next one!
