They burn incense and play in gloom. M͉̅ͮ͒ͤā̤̓̍͘l̙͖̑̾ͣỉ͔͖̜͌ B̩͎͍̾ͅo̯̱̊͊͢ṇ̤͛̒̍ẹ̿͋̒̕ @mali_bone is a producer living in South-East London, who mixes her very personal approach to pop music with experimental electronic sounds to bring to life for others the ethereal world in her head. Inspired by artists like Bjork, St. Vincent and FKA Twigs, Mali mixes Art Pop with elements of sound design, ambience and ASMR to create her brooding, atmospheric sound. 09.03.26 Very pleased to say my film ‘Ode to Ramsgate’ has been selected for the Off Beat Folk Film Festival 2026. It will be screening as part of ‘Experimental Histories’ in the afternoon on Saturday the 9th of May at The Mildmay. There’s so much nice stuff on for over a week as part of the festival. Big fan of Off Beat and feeling very honoured to be a part of it. There’s a link in my bio for tickets. Would love to see you there. Let’s go cinema. “Being interested in folk means looking back into the past. Our second screening at The Mildmay is about the overlooked histories which lay the foundations for who we are. You can expect the weird, obscure, outre and downright creepy in this ‘Experimental Histories’ event.”

New Lands is back at @ivyhousenunhead this Tuesday for a sibling special! @sidplimmer is a 24 year old artist from the Mendip hills in Somerset. His latest album is about a blue horse. It is about moving fast and standing still all at once. It is about diesel, social misfires and children of the gods stealing the sun. Formerly Plimmer released a number of projects under the now-defunct alias of BoyBovis. A trilogy of albums that dealt mainly with rurality, belonging and dark places underground.
