Our Youth is the Future of Fashion 👔👗 Photographed by @gztvnetwork Video @burghalietv @gztvnetwork Teaching @whymeinstitute @burghalieacademy Students @nextgenatl Food Provided @chickfila We GZTV, WHYME Institute, Burghalie New York, Burghalie Academy, and Next Gen ATL, came together to empower our youth with the skills needed to further their careers in fashion, and their personal ventures. Thank you as one of my first castings in modeling took place in this building and I am thankful to return alongside other industry leaders to teach a career that I love. This day was a life changing day for these change makers and future leaders in the arts. Thank you and it was a pleasure to be able to teach alongside another pioneer @iamrashaad . As they completed their assignments, GZTV was featured throughout the session, allowing participants to engage with impactful projects designed to further educate them on the fashion industry, specifically the pathway to becoming a fashion model, as well as the long-term effects of fast fashion and the importance of implementing sustainable practices within the creative process. This was presented alongside the WHYME Institute curriculum and Burghalie’s presentation focused on developing and creating their own original designs. A testament in self belief and self love when pursuing your passions.

We did a theatrical show called “Show Day”, did interactive activities where they can learn how to tie a tie, and taught them my story and the history of fashion. This moment was a testament and I am blessed to be able to return to this incredible school to pour into the youth. Thank you again and look forward to the bright future of these visionaries ⭐️
