Excited about this very cool ADU that we have underway. Lots of glass and an open plan means steel columns are needed to provide the structural strength. Can’t wait to see this modern build come to life!

More from our bluff side condo reno….Removed walls and stairs to allowed for unobstructed views from front to back. Floating @viewrail stairs and railings add to that open feel and really make a statement.

This is our 3rd project for this wonderful client: first a charming beach cottage remodel, then a very cool ADU, and now a 2600sqft addition. Been looking forward to this collaboration with @madesign.drafting and @jensamsondesign for awhile now!

It’s been a long time since the last post…I guess we’ve been too busy building! An amazing full gut condo remodel on the bluff. I was glad to finish it up for the customer, but I never tired of the view!
Ready for concrete; a 660sqft ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit, for you lay-people out there), adjacent to the beach cottage we finished up in 2020. It’ll be equally charming!
