The years I spent in Tokyo may have been some of my most fun and memorable days, but also probably the unhealthiest time of my life. Drinking and smoking almost everyday, eating out nonstop and not exercising at all.
For the past few years I’ve been prioritizing my mental, and physical health, while staying off of social media. And I must say it’s been one of the best decisions of my life. When it comes to most things in life, the ability to lock in and block out distractions will truly propel you forward, further than you think. You just gotta be okay with sucking in the beginning at whatever that thing is.
Might start posting on here again, might not. Who cares.
