Featuring an extensive engineered sheet pile retention system with ground anchors to accommodate the build of 2 contemporary multi-level residences built within the sand dunes of Blairgowrie.

Fawkner Ave | Dual Occupancy, Blairgowrie
Two residences nested into a Blairgowrie sand dune, with views stretching over Port Phillip Bay.
Each home is distinct in form and character. One combines dark vertical timber cladding with render, the other is wrapped in warm natural timber. Both rise from a shared stone retaining wall that anchors the site, with landscaping that will grow in and weave the homes into the neighbourhood over time.
Inside, the material palette is quiet and considered. A marble island with a rounded profile, timber cabinetry, shiplap-lined walls, and floating timber stairs lit from a skylight above.
The pool sits level with the treetops. The bay beyond.
