In The Dark, a 4 part drama for BBC. I shot Eps 1 & 2 for the wonderful director @gb1043 Gilles Bannier. We used an Alexa sensor paired with Zeiss / Arri Masterprime lenses to capture all the beautiful detail of the locations. We kept the visual style subjective and naturalistic often employing a handheld camera and medium focal lengths (27-40mm) lenses to create a powerful immersive style. Graded beautifully by @gspensley it is still available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
