Shaking Shakespeare’s to its core since the second coming of the bard, Groundwork have quite literally done the groundwork in Sheffield providing a consistent knees up for its loyalists over the past decade. With an eye and two ears for curation, they’ve earned their stripes time and time again across vast depths of electronic music with the official afterparty being no exception. Big feet fill big shoes and we couldn’t think of any better than Groundwork to round off the first edition of Higher Fields
Headlining the stage will be
@reni_ldn . Raised on a diet of Rhythm & Sound, Kruder & Dorfmeister and LTJ Bukem, re:ni’s DJ sets connect the dots between dubwise techno and the wider lineage of UK dance music. Traversing tempos and styles while maintaining a clear narrative throughout, her selections are both immersive and unpredictable. Alongside becoming a monthly resident on NTS Radio, she also co-runs the celebrated South London party re:lax with Hessle Audio and Timedance affiliate Laksa.

@ashley____holmes — artist, DJ and broadcaster. A resident on NTS Radio since 2017, Ashley’s sets blend an eclectic mix of influences, moving through vital and experimental sounds from across global diasporas.
