Watch me work! 4 weeks of planning and production in 1 min 30 seconds I had the opportunity to work with @bjmcbride23 @mohammad.earth @1800happybirthday & their team to design and produce the events accompanying the Oakland activations of the 1-800 Happy Birthday Project. From the opening exhibition of Happy Heavenly Birthday, Oscar Grant at @blackpantherpartymuseum to the healing village at @blackjoyparade to the Mothers' Healing & High Tea Event with @oscargrantfoundation , the @solidgroundsco team was BUSY in February. Grateful for the opportunity to walk in my purpose, to create something beautiful, & to uplift so many small local businesses throughout the process. The @1800happybirthday project allowed money & opportunities to flow to talented vendors, creatives, and community that continue to support the vision! Forever grateful for that 🙏🏽🙏🏽 There were sooooo many volunteers, makers, friends, family, artists, & community partners involved in bringing these special moments to life!
