The Planets Ballet Promotional Trailer is here! Come see our beautiful show May 29-31 at @dogstorytheater and the @grmuseum planetarium!
Ticket links in bio!
The Planets ballet is inspired by Gustav Holstβs complete orchestral suite, with each of its seven movements representing a celestial being:
Mars, the Bringer of War; Venus, the Bringer of Peace; Mercury, the Winged Messenger: - Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity; Saturn, the Bringer of Old Age; Uranus, the Magician; and Neptune, the Mystic. In this ballet, each planet is a character with its own story, mood, and presence. As the music unfolds, the celestial beings introduce themselves and interact with one another, gradually drawing the audience into their mysterious and shifting realm.
