We’re taking over two buildings (a whole block) on 16th st!! Filling up nearly 18,000 sq ft of ground floor space with some of Denver’s best local businesses.
This isn’t just about filling empty storefronts for me. It’s about creating a downtown that feels alive again. A place where people want to pull up, post up, and experience something unique every time they come through. A block full of culture, something Downtown Denver hasn’t had in a long time.
Huge thank you to the DDA, the Mayor, and everyone from the city staff and beyond that played a part in making this happen & for believing in the vision we have. Much love to everyone who’s supported us in any way up to this point.

Four years ago, we had a vision. What you helped us build proved it was possible.
This video is for every person who walked through our doors on Walnut St the co-workers who made it your second home, the small business owners who trusted us with your dreams, the artists who filled our walls and stages with life, and every community member who showed up, brought a friend, or simply believed in what we were creating together.
You didn’t just use a space. You built something with us.
Green Spaces has always been more than a location.. it’s been a proof that our community is strong, proof that we belong in prominent spaces, proof that risks are worth being taken, and a new blueprint of what community spaces can look like in Denver.
Because of what we built together over these four years, larger doors have opened. Doors we’re walking through with everything we’ve learned, every relationship we’ve built, and every lesson this community has taught us.
We’re not closing a chapter. We’re stepping into the fullness of this vision.
