In partnership with @bakerroofing , our team revitalized a 40+ year-old courtyard into a modern green amenity space designed for long-term performance, usability, and visual impact. What was once an underutilized area is now a vibrant outdoor environment supporting daily use and employee experience.​
The scope included demolition of existing surfaces and installation of integrated systems, including pedestal pavers, custom planters, turf, shade structures, site furnishings, and comprehensive green roof components, all working together as one cohesive solution.
This multi-phase project highlights the value of coordination, system integration, and thoughtful design in delivering high-performance outdoor amenity spaces.

Another MODvault goes in the ground!
We partnered with @langanengenv and Central Paving Co. to deliver an efficient underground detention system for the new McDonald’s in Hanson, KY. Using a double-stack configuration, our team fit nearly 17,000 ft³ of storage into a tight site footprint.
From excavation to backfill, the full installation was completed in under four days, with the complete MODvault system assembled and installed in less than two.

Greenrise joined @bakerroofing and York Construction to support the Peabody Hotel’s 100-year anniversary renovation. Our team installed Hydrotech pedestal pavers across a 10,000 sq. ft. terrace, delivering a clean, durable, and elevated surface that protects the structure while honoring the hotel’s architectural legacy.

Greenrise partnered with @choateco to bring the Municipal Grand Hotel’s outdoor spaces to life. Once a 1960s municipal bank, this 44-room boutique destination blends mid-century design with modern Southern charm.
Our team delivered the hotel’s signature amenity decks with porcelain and Ipe pavers and custom planters engineered for drainage and durability, creating refined rooftop and terrace spaces that feel as inviting as the interiors.
