The way Guillermo Del Toro has been describing seeing Boris Karloff for the first time as a kid is kind of how Iām feeling about his take on Frankenstein - and reading Mary Shelleyās masterpiece for the first time this month - as an adult. Just very impactful seeing such a distinctly human artwork on this scale in this age. Go see it in theatres if you can. I had to go twice and LA friends I will not say no to a third that is a threat.
