Our 8-Day Program is the most complete experience we offer at Gradient Academy.
This program is built for barbers who want more than just better haircuts. Over 8 days, you’ll learn technical cutting, master 8 of the most in demand hairstyles seen around the world, and build the confidence to execute with structure, control, and creativity.
But this is bigger than cutting.
We’re also going to help you build your brand, grow your presence, attract higher-paying clientele, create opportunities with major brands, travel through your craft, and start positioning yourself in education.
The outcome is simple:
You leave with more confidence.
You understand how to create the haircuts you’ve been inspired by.
You learn how to attract better clients.
You build a brand people recognize.
And you create the relationships and opportunities that help you grow into the life you actually want.
This is our most complete program built to change the way you cut, the way you think, and the way you move in this industry.
Episode 1 of many.
The last 6 months have been intense.
Building the brand. Hiring the team. Creating the vision. Dealing with the pressure, the growth, the challenges, and everything that comes with trying to build something bigger than yourself.
A lot has been happening behind the scenes and now it’s finally time to bring you into the process.
We’ve been filming new content, documenting the journey, and creating some of the hardest content we’ve ever put together.
This is only the beginning.
More episodes. More behind the scenes. More real conversations. More growth.
Stay tuned. What’s coming next is going to be fire. 🔥

💭 I used to care way too much about what others thought, but I realized that, at the end of the day, I’m sharing my work simply because I love it.
That’s it.
At one point in my career, I was working alone and felt like I’d hit a plateau. I had to ask myself: do I keep doing the same thing and stay comfortable in my routine, or do I chase my dreams and work with people who know more than me? I decided to invest in my education. For someone who dropped out of school, getting back into that mindset was the best decision I ever made.
Recently, I noticed that most people on this platform consume content rather than creating it - and at times, I found myself doing the same. That’s why I decided to delete instagram from my phone and only use it on my laptop. That shift allows me to focus on creating instead of consuming. I believe that’s what I’m made for: to create, share, and inspire.
These days, I’ve been working on my buisness & my health more than ever, and I’m not planning on slowing down. I’m so hyped for what’s next, and I truly believe my best work is about to be released.
Thank you for reading.
Maybe I should open up more often and talk to the camera…maybe…soon.
