The rainy season ends and our beautiful highlands are covered with bright yellow flowers called Adey Abeba 🌼 🌼 🌼 As the seasons change, this is the time of renewal and hope.

What does trying mean to you? Being a part of this campaign made me reflect a lot on the journey of entrepreneurship and the courage it takes to keep trying.
Building a company from scratch outside of the country I grew up in and within an industry I had no experience with has been the most challenging and yet the most rewarding experience. Sometimes when the task feels daunting and the vision feels too big to achieve, it’s good to remind ourselves that having the courage to start is half the job. It’s a series of small steps that got us to where we are in the first place and that’s what it takes to keep going. So, take that first step, no matter how small it may be and know that there may never be a time you will feel 100% equipped or ready…you learn on the job and the universe will cooperate as you keep taking those steps.
