Benefit gig raising funds for the following 3 charities to help people and animals get through the festive period.
- South & East Bristol Foodbank (Trussell)
- St Mungo's (homeless charity)
- Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary
A mix of bands playing harsh noise across the punk and hardcore spectrum.
The drill:

Lost nearly half a stone during April and definitely a few inches off the gut. Trying to get my fat arse moving a bit more, judging the distance better, footwork and changing the angles under pressure - still plenty of work to do with all the above.
