Hello kind people who care about music made by a fella from Minnesota. I want any and all folks in Buffalo NY and surrounding communities to know I will be at the renowned Albright Knox museum for this lovely jazz series they are having with my standards trio featuring the brilliant Matt Mitchell on piano and the mystical Billy Peterson on bass Sunday May 17th at 4pm!! Going to be cool to reunite that group! Also in the new Downbeat magazine (pic 2 and 3) on newsstands now is a beautiful big feature about the farewell of The Bad Plus. Please check it if you can. It’s beautifully written by Jim Macnie and we appreciate the support from them throughout all these years.
