My book, Feeding Hope, is officially available for pre-order today. 💚
This moment feels especially emotional because next January, @goodrco will officially turn 10 years old. And if you know entrepreneurship, you know that’s no small thing. Most companies don’t make it a decade.
Over the last 10 years, there have been incredible highs and some really hard seasons too. Moments that stretched me, challenged me, humbled me, and tested my faith and resilience in ways I never expected.
So many people have asked me over the years about the real story behind Goodr, the lessons, the sacrifices, the purpose, and what it truly looks like to build something while trying to create real change in the world.
This book is that story. Feeding Hope releases July 21, 2026.
Click the link in my bio to pre-order your copy today. I’ll be visiting college campuses, conferences, and organizations this year to talk entrepreneurship, leadership, social impact, food justice, and building movements that matter.
I also added some free resources and downloads to FeedingHopeBook.com for entrepreneurs, changemakers, and leaders trying to build something meaningful.
Thank y’all for supporting me through every season. I truly cannot wait for you to read this.

We’re excited to announce the newest addition to Goodr x Aetna Louisiana partnership! The Food is Medicine Mobile Grocery Store 💚
Through this investment, we are helping expand access to nutritious food, health resources, and chronic care support in communities across nine regions of the state.
We kicked off the tour in New Orleans at AbsoluteCare with a ribbon-cutting celebration, tours of the mobile grocery store, cooking demos, and interactive sessions focused on healthy living, exercise, and medication management.
Together, we are taking an important step toward addressing food insecurity and improving health outcomes across Louisiana.

This is bigger than a ribbon cutting. This is access. This is impact. 🐅
Yesterday, Savannah State University marked the opening of the Amazon Goodr Mini-Mart - a first-of-its-kind resource at an HBCU and a groundbreaking step forward in how we support our students year-round.
For years, SSU has shown up for students through initiatives like our campus food pantry and the S.T.A.R. (Students That Are Rising) program - supporting those navigating food insecurity, housing challenges, and more. This new Mini-Mart builds on that commitment in a powerful way.
A free, on-campus grocery store.
Open all year - including summer.
Designed with dignity, choice, and ease at the center.
Because access to food shouldn’t be a barrier to success.
With nearly 4 in 10 HBCU students nationwide experiencing food insecurity, this space represents more than convenience - it’s a direct investment in student well-being, academic success, and retention.
Thank you to Goodr and Amazon for partnering with us to bring this vision to life. Together, we’re not just meeting a need - we’re setting a new standard for what student support can look like.

Hello Savannah 💙
Today @goodrco opened our first Mini Market on a college campus, an HBCU at that @savannahstate in the beautiful city of @cityofsavannah .
As an HBCU alum shout out @nccueagle , I’m really proud of this one.
I’ve opened 30+ stores in less than 5 years, but this feels so good and I’m so thankful to God for this moment.
College hunger is real. Nearly 40% of college students in the U.S. experience food insecurity and it hits even harder at HBCUs.
So we built something simple that works, it’s free and solves the hunger problem. And even better, students will run it through work study for years to come.
Thank you to our partners @amazon , @terreta35 , Mayor @vanjohnsonforga , President of Savannah State University @whirlj2 and the entire Goodr team for helping make this happen.
This has been a goal of mine and I hope to open one of these on every HBCU campus in the country.

Our founder & CEO @jasminecrowe joined Maggie Baird to talk about how food waste impacts both our neighbors and our planet.
We’re proud to share a mission with @supportandfeed and @billieeilish that focuses on expanding access to healthy meals and protecting the environment.
At the Overheated ATL 2024 conference, Goodr made sure every extra bite was redirected to people who needed it most, not the landfill!
Planning a conference or event? Bring Goodr with you.

Happy Feel Goodr Friday 💚
We partnered with Bristol Myers Squibb and Gospel Tabernacle Church to host a Pop-Up Grocery Market at Bloch Park in Selma. Families across Dallas County received up to five days of free, nutritious groceries, including fresh produce, proteins, milk (with non-dairy options), eggs, and pantry staples to help support balanced meals at home.
Together with our partners, we’re proud to expand access to nutritious food and strengthen the well-being of communities in Selma and throughout Dallas County. #DoGoodr #FeedMoreWasteLess
Happy Feel Goodr Friday! 💚
We’re excited to kick off another year of the Wellstar Mobile Market! Goodr, Wellstar and community organizations will provide fresh groceries to families across six Georgia counties through recurring drive-through markets.
Along with fresh food, families can access health and wellness education, community resources, and select health tools—because food is medicine. 🌱
Register:
23.5 million Americans live in food desert areas where distance, cost, and transportation make fresh groceries hard to access.
The impact is real:
• Higher rates of obesity and diabetes
• Greater reliance on convenience stores and fast food
• Limited access to fresh produce and healthy staples
In Indianapolis, the @ambetterhealth x Goodr Mobile Grocery Store, made possible by the Centene Foundation, is helping close that gap. A 26-foot truck stocked with fresh groceries travels directly into neighborhoods that need it most, reducing barriers and expanding access.
If your organization is serious about advancing food equity, consider sponsoring a Goodr Mobile Grocery Store and help bring fresh food straight to more communities. Hit the link in our bio! #DoGoodr #FeedMoreWasteLess
