Portland Common // 5.2% ABV // We brew this beer in the style of a California Common, also known as a Steam Beer. Weāve called this a Portland Common, with deference to the originators of the style, and the awesome manner in which Common is cooled, fermented, and cellared. Amber in color with ample hop character from hot side Crystal and Northern Brewer hops, and a smooth, fruity finish. Our version of this unique lager style is unfiltered, lively, and built for sessioning.
At what other brewery ANYWHERE can you order BUTTERMILK CHICKEN-FRIED SOFT-SHELL BLUE CRAB?! with CHARRED RAMP AIOLI?! Please do correct us if weāre wrong, but I think we perhaps take that title š¦š³š«£ Limited quantities on the specials menu this weekend!!
