Company update
Dear all,
It has been a long time since our last post, and we first want to apologize for the long radio silence and thank you for the continued interest shown in Springa and Goliath CNC project.
The past 18 months have been extremely challenging for Springa. Despite our best efforts and the time dedicated to seeking new financial resources and industrial partnerships, we were unable to secure the resources needed to continue manufacturing the Goliath CNC system.
As a result, the management and shareholders of Springa have made the difficult decision to wind up the company.
In the last weeks, the new administrator started to seek out whether there are parties interested in continuing the project. If you know someone, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Regarding daily operations, if you find us slow, it's because we are no longer dedicated full-time, but we are continuing to answer and give support to everyone. So if you’re in trouble, do not hesitate to ping us.
While we await the outcome, we would like to express our biggest gratitude to everyone who believed in, worked, invested, purchased, and supported Springa, as well as to the amazing community that has been with us from the very beginning.
We’ll share further updates as soon as possible.

Now you can select, move, and edit multiple tracks in a single click thanks to the “Group” option.
Making groups gives the possibility of constraining the orientation in which Goliath cuts. This way, the relative position among the tracks will be more precise, to guarantee a perfect result! 📏

Welcoming Goliath CNC's best friend 🐶💛
This super wood dog realized by @thefixatorium has the important purpose of reminding dog owners to scoop their pet's poo when visiting the beautiful spaces of @walthamstowtoylibrary in Leytonstone⭐️
Thanks to its clever and functional design💡 the dog sculpture it's not just a reminder but also a poo bags dispenser and a water station for furry friends!
This cutie has been realized by cutting three panels of (1220x2440)mm - (48x96)in - of 18mm pine exterior hardwood plywood 🪵 for extra resistance outdoors.
After Goliath cut all the pieces in more or less 5h 45m, Sean build the sculpture by layering the pieces with glue e screws and then finished it off with painting and staining to achieve the inviting Golden Retriever-like appearance🎨

▪️ Prefer a cutter with a small diameter for a better cut🪚
▪️ Keep an eye on the tabs' thickness👀
Higher tabs = more effort to break and remove them
▪️ Calibrate the Z-axis backlash📍 so your tabs' thickness and cut will be more precise!
