Trying to improve your walk?👀 ⭐️THIS IS MY TOP TIP⭐️ 👉🏼 Let your hips move from side to side: - keep your upper body stable with minimal movement - use your hips & twist them from side to side— keeping them even with eachother. - think about having arrows pointing forwards out of your hip bones, now try to angle the arrows diagonally from one side to the other. - keep your legs tight without a knee bend when you step down AVOID❌ letting your hips drop down and up… - don’t let your hips bones drop unevenly with eachother - don’t bend your leg as you step onto it - don’t keep your hips pointing directly forwards the entire time SAVE this video for your next posing practice🧡 Do you need help perfecting your posing? First call outs on the most prestigious stage I’ve ever stepped upon—the NY Pro! 🖤✨ @steveweinberger.bevsgym When they were calling off numbers for first callouts, I was envisioning (or enauditoring? lol) hearing my number. I was so deeply hoping for it, and when I heard my number, #83, relief and elation hit at once. I was so thrilled just being in the top 10, that I was lightly laughing under my breath (like a true manic 😂)! I am truly grateful for such an amazing experience and so many high quality people who helped make this happen! I have the best coach in the business @jamidebernard ! My posing coach, @goldenposing , has excellent spatial intelligence combined with kinesthetic intelligence. She has the ability to visually read a body and instantly know what’s off and how to correct it—and I am someone who needs a lot of corrections and cues because posing does not come as naturally to me as it does others. @suitsyoucomp makes gorgeous, customized suits, and to say they have exceptional customer service is an understatement. Black was a win! 🖤 This show I finally was pleased with both my hair and makeup—thank you sooo much @iamerikajanne @luxeglam.byjg for helping me feel beautiful!
