ATTN MAMIS!!! To show appreciation to the mothers in our lives, we’ll be giving out carnations to the mamas dining at both HOF and Diner this Sunday, while supplies last.
Bring ya mama, grandmama, any maternal figure in your life, bring yourself if that’s you!!! 🌼
We know our pancakes have been in the spotlight, but did you know @nytcooking called our Thai Tea Tres Leches Cake the “marquee dessert at Golden Diner” back in 2022? For the next two weeks (5/4-5/18), we’re excited to offer our spin on tres leches to any guest who spends $50+ through @blackbird .
If you’re unfamiliar with Blackbird, think of it like earning mileage points, but for restaurants. Just download the app, sign up, and add a payment method. When you get to the diner, tap the Blackbird puck by our host stand and you’re good to go!
🌆 A tale of two cities and two diners to celebrate AAPI month 💛
We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Agnes & Sherman, a fellow Asian American Diner in the heart of Houston, Texas. Chef @_nickwong_ will be in town and in our kitchen to serve a 2-night only dinner menu, featuring some of Agnes and Sherman’s greatest hits, one special collab dish, and a few Golden Diner fan favorites. Irresistible mug merch will be available, in true diner fashion. Book now— going double diner mode May 21 - 22! Presented by @resy .
We’re still reminiscing about Golden HOF & Golden Diner’s @themomentary takeover. Chefs Sam, Danny, and Zach went down to Arkansas to show the South what’s goin’ on in New York City with a multi-course dinner in their beautiful space.
Big thank you to The Momentary team for sharing your community and hosting us💛 We had a great time🤠

We’ve got a couple new kids in town, moving onto our cocktail menu 👇
Late one last night? You need a Pick Me Up, with Hallasan 21 soju, Maxim coffee, cream, vanilla, and cocoa. Should bring you back to life before the egg and cheese sando hits the table. Or is it our Seoul 75 with plum soju, omija, strawberry coulis, and french sparkling, that’s calling your name? Shouldn’t be hard to tell which is which 😋
Either way you can meet these two now, live all day on our menu 💛
🚨 ⚡ DINER DROP ⚡️ 🚨
Another day, another pasta dish that subverts expectations. That’s something we do here at the ol’ diner. We take the staple that is a carnitas taco, and we turn it into a pasta dish. “Tell me more,” you say, “that sounds crazy.” Hold your horses!!
The OGs might remember this one from about 6 years ago. We’re running it back with a new take, our Carnitas Cavatelli. Cavatelli house made with fresh masa from our friends over at @sobremasa , a la mini corn tortillas. Pork carnitas ragu spiked with ancho chilis and flecked with zingy tomatillo and serrano pepper salsa verde, served w/ a lime wedge & radishes. Remember, this is pasta, not a taco! Or is it?
Serving this one up now (dinner only), come thru!!!
... TO US. On March 26, 2019, we opened an Asian diner under the Manhattan Bridge on a sleepy lil stretch of Madison Street. And y’all showed up. And became regulars! and told your friends! and brought your parents! and everyone in between! While the street’s no longer as sleepy, and there are SIGNIFICANTLY more pancakes being made here than before, we just want to express our gratitude to our people. Our DAY-1s who have been coming in for the last 7 years to eat our food and show up for us.
Love to our neighboring businesses, and friends, and our entire neighborhood, we are extremely grateful to be here among all of you! And of course, #teamgolden forever, you make this all work every day and we can’t do any of it without y’all 💛
Come in today for a splash (Sparkling, or N/A Yuzu-ade) + some fun festivities and specials to celebrate us turning 7 years old.
⚡ FRESSSSHHHHH DINER DROP ⚡️
Feeling fooled by NYC fool’s spring? Yeah, us too. Thankfully, spring is but a state of mind with our Sunchoke Som Tum😎 A fresh take on a traditional Thai Papaya Salad: crispy roasted and raw julienned heirloom sunchokes with chayote and green papaya, bright Thai dressing, and candied sunflower seeds. Warm and fresh and crisp and springy to fill in the gap between now and regular 60+ degree weather 🙂↕️
Live on special now (dinner only), until supplies last (probably about 3-4 weeks)!
❤️ V DAY AT THE DINER!!! ❤️
We usually do a single’s day celebration, but we all need a little love right now. We’re doing red sauce, checkered tablecloth spaghetti & meatballs. Housemade noodles and bangin’ spicy meatballs (with ground mortadella, prosciutto, garlic & onion sofrito, parmesan and parsley). Garlic bread with roasted garlic butter. 2 glasses of wine, if you partake (your choice!).
You already know our goal is to see y’all do the iconic noodle kiss, so come with your beau and get after it. ❤️
Okay, big game day ahead. You’re gonna be hungry, your friends are gonna be hungry. We’ve got Benito doing his thing at halftime. ¡Vamos!
At this point, you know the deal for our Super Bowl Package:

🍲 ⚡ 1st DINER DROP of 2026!! 🍲
We’re very excited to be participating in our second year of @weareveganuary and boy, is this dish a doozy. Our Chinese Minestrone is a hearty, fully vegan soup built on a tomato and doubanjiang broth, a balancing act between a perfect amount of heat, savory, and delicious funk. Loaded with kabocha winter squash, braised radish, creamy soybeans, and handmade cat’s ear noodles. Vegan comfort food, Golden Diner style. Created by our GOAT, Chef Danny @dr_ping_md . Available for dinner service only.
For the uninitiated: doubanjiang is a salty, spicy fermented Chinese bean paste—often called the soul of Sichuan cuisine. Cat’s ear noodles are the Chinese cousin to Italian orecchiette (literally, “little ears”): chewy + doughy, beautifully al dente little guys.
