I’m so excited to share that the new documentary series I’ve been working on premieres tonight, Saturday Sept 13th at 9pm PST on Oxygen and streaming on Peacock. The series — Death Row Confidential: Secrets of a Serial Killer — explores the chilling story of convicted killer Joseph Naso, and how former FBI investigator Ken Mains and fellow inmate helped connect him to many more cold cases. This show came together thanks to a small but incredible crew: @frevayoung is the man that can do it all. Fast, creative and always thinking ahead. He’s great at getting me into trouble and better at getting me out of trouble. Finally starting to post more. I acquired a used GFX50R Medium format still camera and some vintage lenses. Right before a trip to Wales. I used the Konica Hexagon AR 40mm F1.8 for these. It's a compact full frame lens that vignettes a bit on the GFX but I enjoy the look and the compactness. Thanks to my friend Clint at Ancient Optics for selling me these and giving me tons of advice on lenses. #fujigfx50r #Konicahexanon #ancientoptics @clintlealos

On July 13th, on @discoveryplus @sharkweek you can see the horrors I learned about the global shark slaughter. I’ve partnered with the top scientists, NGOs and activists @leonardodicaprio @nina and @michaelmuller7 to show the problem from all sides and present solutions we can all do to save sharks before they’re gone. This may be the scariest film I have ever made because it’s real, but it doesn’t have to be. Fifty years ago the world came together to save the whales, then it was dolphins , then orcas and now more than ever is the time for sharks.
