A week ago we had the pleasure of taking over Oxford Natural History Museum for How to Save the Amazon: Solutions from the Forest. It was a tribute to the work of Dom Phillips and Bruno Pereira. @betomarubo called Dom’s book “the resistance.” It was a day for intelligent discussion, inspiring conversation and developing friendships because as Dom’s widow @alesampaio71 told us "talking about solutions for the Amazon without talking to people from the Amazon is insane.” Thanks to all involved @adana_kambeba @betomarubo @alesampaio71 , Yadvinder Malhi, Claudelice Silva Dos Santos, @acsoterroni @fany.kuiru @morethanadodo @nature_recovery_

She has built and developed data and guidance platforms that enable legislators, investors, companies and campaigners to act. Yesterday in Belém, André Vasconcelos - Trase Global Engagement Lead, shared the latest DeDuce data on land-use change emissions as part of a @wwf panel. Halting greenhouse gas emissions from the destruction of natural habitats is a milestone in 1.5ºC roadmaps and scenario models.
